Payment

For online payments, the total amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of the checkout process.
In the event of an order cancellation due to stock issues or any other reason, refunds will be issued to your credit card within 14 business days.


Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same business day.
For items that require additional processing time, the estimated dispatch time is up to 3 business days, as stated in the product information. You will be notified in case of any expected delay.

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please provide a delivery address where you can be reached during the day.

Orders are prepared and shipped according to the delivery method you select during checkout.
Your order will be handed over to our partner courier service within 7–15 business days after order confirmation.

Payment Verification

If the payment system is unable to process your transaction due to a technical issue, you will be informed on the payment results page.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to update your details.

The email address provided during checkout is verified through an automatic confirmation email sent after the order is placed.

We are responsible for ensuring secure and accurate transaction processing in coordination with the payment service provider and the bank.


Important Information

If you believe that your package has been damaged during transit, please open and inspect the package in the presence of the courier upon delivery.
If you notice any damage, request a formal damage report from the courier and do not accept the package.

After the package is accepted, it is considered delivered in full and in good condition by the courier company.

If the Product Arrives Damaged

Please send the damage report and your order details to info@onelor.com as soon as possible.

Once we receive the report, we will begin the investigation process and arrange a replacement delivery at the earliest opportunity.
